I have been practicing law for over 30 years.  During that time I have represented hundreds of clients who have been seriously injured through no fault of their own.  I realize that each client is a unique person requiring personalized legal representation and that each case has it's own unique set of facts and circumstances.  It is from my broad experiences that I believe I am able to provide the sensitive and compassionate legal services that my clients desire and expect.   

I grew up on on a small farm in southeastern North Dakota and in Fargo. I graduated from North Dakota State University as well as the University of North Dakota School of Law.  I am admitted to practice law in North Dakota, Minnesota and Colorado.  I am a former US Marine Corps infantry officer and worked in the JAG legal office.

We, at the Wayne Aarestad Law Firm, work for you on a contingent fee basis.  That means that unless there is a money recovery on your case, there is no fee. Our fee is only a percentage based on your recovery.

We Don’t Work for Insurance Companies.  We work for you---our clients. Our law firm and our dedicated staff are committed to helping injury victims and their families. Our practice is limited to helping only accident victims.  We do not represent insurance companies. 

Our emphasis is on fair and timely settlements. If necessary, however, we are prepared to litigate your case in court.  We take only a select number of cases in order to provide you with more personal attention.
